Rick Marston

Rick Marston is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in asset management and investment analysis. Currently serving as Vice President at GIC since May 2022, Marston has previously held prominent positions such as Head of Australian Transactions and Head of Asset Management at Nuveen from August 2018 to May 2022. Additional roles include leading asset management at TH Real Estate, and serving as Associate Director at Invesco Ltd., along with various analytical positions at Invesco Asset Management Australia Limited, AMP Capital Investors, DEXUS Property Group, and Grosvenor. Marston holds a Bachelor of Property Economics in Real Estate from the University of Technology Sydney, earned between 2002 and 2006.
