Serene Ng

Serene Ng has over a decade of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as a Business Manager for Public Equities at GIC since January 2011. In this role, Serene manages portfolio cash movement, strategic funding, currency and asset mix rebalancing, and oversees operational activities that support trading and portfolio management. Previous positions at GIC include Assistant Vice President and Assistant Business Manager, where responsibilities included passive portfolio rebalancing, corporate actions processing, securities lending, and compliance coordination. Prior to joining GIC, Serene worked as an Operations Assistant at Fullerton Fund Management Company, handling cash account reconciliations and fund valuation checks. Serene holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
