Amit Mathur

Amit Mathur has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Amit started their career at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd, where they served as the Marketing Manager from May 2002 to December 2003. Amit then joined K Raheja Corp as a Business Development Manager from January 2004 to March 2005. Afterwards, Amit joined Ascendas India as a Senior Manager from April 2005 to May 2006. Amit then moved to Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd, where they worked as a Vice President from June 2006 to February 2010. Since March 2010, Amit has been working at GIC Real Estate, starting as the Vice President of Investment Management, Asia until May 2016. Amit then served as the Senior Vice President of Investment Management, Asia from June 2016 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the positions of Head of Real Estate, India and Managing Director at GIC Real Estate starting June 2021 and June 2022 respectively.

Amit Mathur completed their Bachelor of Architecture degree from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi in 1995. Amit later pursued an MBA at The University of Sheffield from 2000 to 2001.
