André Marcel Bally is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in investment management and analysis. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at GIC since October 2020, André has previously held roles in investor relations and capital formation at 500 Startups from September 2017 to September 2020, and as a Senior Analyst at Preqin from March 2014 to September 2017. André's early career includes project management at Global Consulting Group in early 2013 and service as a Lieutenant Pilot in the Republic of Singapore Air Force from October 2007 to February 2011. André holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Business in Management from RMIT University, and a Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering with a focus on Aerospace Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
