Andrew Lim

Andrew Lim is an experienced talent development professional with a strong background in early career programs and recruitment management. Currently serving as a Graduate Recruiter & Program Manager at GIC since November 2022, Andrew oversees graduate recruitment and program management, building on previous work as an Early Career Program Manager where strategic planning for early career initiatives was a focus. Prior experience includes a role at UBS as the Graduate Talent Program Manager & APAC Lead, developing impactful talent programs and collaborating with business leaders to enhance learning opportunities. Andrew's extensive career also encompasses positions at J.P. Morgan, Accenture, i-Admin Payroll & HR Services, and Geodis, with a comprehensive skill set in project management, HR systems implementation, and client engagement. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Information Systems from Macquarie University and a Diploma of Business Administration from the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology.
