Asha Smith

Asha Smith currently serves as the Americas Head of Learning & Development/Employee Engagement at GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, where responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of employee engagement activities in the region. Previously, Asha held the position of Global Head of Graduate Recruitment at GIC and was Head of Recruitment for APAC Services at Royal Bank of Scotland, overseeing strategic recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region. Asha's career also includes roles as Resourcing Consultant for RBS and Campus Recruiter for Credit Suisse. Asha was the MBA Prep Program Coordinator for Management Leadership for Tomorrow and holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from Columbia University, a BA from Wellesley College, and has completed the Public Policy & International Affairs Junior Summer Institute at Princeton University, in addition to having obtained an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Panama.
