Benjamin Lee

Benjamin Lee is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director of the Special Opportunities Group at GIC since March 2020, Benjamin previously held the role of Managing Director at Lone Star Funds from April 2016 to February 2020. Prior to that, Benjamin worked at Bain Capital in various capacities, including Principal and Senior Associate in North America Private Equity, between September 2012 and March 2016, and as an Associate from August 2008 to July 2010. Benjamin began a career in consulting at Bain & Company and contributed as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2005. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School (2010-2012) and a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University (2002-2006).
