Cheryl Chan

Global Head, Employee Communications

Cheryl Chan currently serves as the Global Head of Employee Communications at GIC since July 2023, after holding the position of Vice President of Employee Communications. Prior to this role, Cheryl was with Hilton from July 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team in executive and internal communications for the Asia Pacific region, enhancing team member engagement, and establishing Hilton as a thought leader. Cheryl's career spans multiple roles at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), focusing on internal communications and employer branding across the Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions, as well as roles in marketing and communications at Black & Veatch, GolinHarris, and Hill & Knowlton. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies (Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
