Colin (Junxiao) Li is an experienced professional in real estate private equity with a robust background in acquisitions and investment management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at GIC since July 2021, Colin specializes in Greater China real estate private equity. Prior roles include Senior Associate at AIG, focusing on global real estate investment in the Northeast and Southeast U.S., and Acquisition Analyst at Buccini/Pollin Group, where responsibilities revolved around acquisitions and development of office and multi-family assets.
