John Chua

John Chua, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and real estate. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at GIC since July 2014, John has progressed through various roles, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate division. Prior to GIC, John worked at HSBC from July 2008 to July 2014, where responsibilities included hybrid capital structuring and coverage for multinationals in Global Banking. John started as a Summer Analyst at HSBC in 2007 and also gained experience as an intern at SPRING Singapore and as an Officer Cadet Instructor in the Singapore Armed Forces. John holds a CFA charter and a BBA (Honours) in Finance from the National University of Singapore.
