Nick Sim

Nick Sim has extensive experience in real estate investments and portfolio strategy, currently serving as Vice President at GIC since May 2017, with previous roles including Vice President for Real Estate Europe and Assistant Vice President for Real Estate Australia. Prior to GIC, Nick worked at Deutsche Bank from August 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included roles such as Associate for Real Estate in Australia and Singapore and Graduate Analyst. Nick began a career in finance as a Global Markets Summer Intern at Barclays Investment Bank in mid-2013. Academically, Nick earned a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Finance from Singapore Management University, completing the degree in 2014, and attended Hwa Chong Institution from 2002 to 2007.
