Peter Goh

Peter Goh currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resource & Organization at GIC, holding the title of Managing Director & Global Leadership Group since May 2008. In this role, Peter oversees a wide range of global HR functions, including Talent Management, Leadership & Organization, and People Analytics, among others, with a focus on both Europe and the Americas. Prior to GIC, Peter was the Head of Human Resource at A*STAR, where responsibilities included policy development and talent management. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at DSTA, focusing on R&D funding and roadmap, and work as a Research Scientist at DSO National Laboratories in the field of energetic materials. Peter holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Imperial College London, a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and an Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD, among other educational qualifications.
