Rick Marston

Rick Marston is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President at GIC since May 2022. Prior to this role, Marston held various leadership positions, including Head of Australian Transactions and Head of Asset Management at Nuveen from August 2018 to May 2022, and Head of Asset Management at TH Real Estate for a brief period in 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Director of Asset Management at Invesco Ltd. and Real Estate Asset Manager at Invesco Asset Management Australia Limited. Marston also worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at AMP Capital Investors and DEXUS Property Group, as well as a Senior Property Analyst at Grosvenor. Marston holds a Bachelor of Property Economics in Real Estate from the University of Technology Sydney, completed in 2006.
