Ronald Sim

Ronald Sim is an experienced equity analyst specializing in global emerging markets equities, currently working at GIC since August 2015. Ronald has held roles focusing on emerging markets, including a generalist position and specific coverage of the TMT sector with an emphasis on business models and competitive advantages. Prior to this, Ronald completed internships at GIC, Seatown Holdings, Aviva Investors Asia, and Rippledot Capital Advisory, gaining experience in various sectors including consumer discretionary, materials, and financials. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School. Additionally, Ronald served as a Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces, distinguishing as the top officer in an advanced engineers course.
