Sylvia Phua

Sylvia Phua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and communications. Currently serving as Vice President at GIC since April 2020, Sylvia led the refresh of the organization’s social impact strategy in 2023 and is focused on enhancing employee engagement through innovative volunteering programs. Previously, as Assistant Vice President at GIC, Sylvia managed various initiatives related to social impact and thought leadership. Prior to GIC, Sylvia held roles at F&N Foods, TRICOM Events, Levitate Marketing & Communications, and other organizations, showcasing expertise in event management, public relations, and brand marketing. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Business Studies with Merit from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
