Willis Loy

Willis Loy, CQF, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Asset Valuations and Analytics at GIC, responsible for fair valuation of public market investments and delivering critical data for trading and portfolio performance. Previously, Willis held various roles at SGX, culminating in the position of Index Analyst Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing a custom index calculation system and liaising with data vendors. Notable achievements include supervising daily operations, implementing process improvements, and developing automation projects using Python and AWS. Willis's earlier experience includes internships in project management and testing roles at DBS Bank, CrimsonLogic, and SGX, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management and Quantitative Finance from Singapore Management University.
