Em Blattner

Em Blattner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Em is currently a Sr. Growth Strategist at GiddyUp, where they focus on driving online sales for emerging products. Prior to this role, they served as a Team Manager and Sr. Campaign Success Manager at GiddyUp. Em also worked as a Campaign Success Manager at FunnelDash.

Before transitioning to the marketing field, Em worked as a Hospice Chaplain at TLC Home Hospice and as an Organizing Pastor at Grow Community. Em began their career as a Youth Pastor at Moorpark Presbyterian Church. Em's work experience showcases their adaptability and ability to thrive in different roles and industries.

Em Blattner earned a Bachelor's Degree in Religion/Religious Studies from MidAmerica Nazarene University, completing their education from 2001 to 2005. They then pursued a Master's Degree in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary, attending from 2007 to 2012. In 2023, Em enrolled in Southeastern University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership, which they completed in 2025.

In addition to their academic achievements, Em also obtained various certifications. They became an Ordained Minister through Meeting Point & Santa Barbara Faith Center in January 2014. In January 2013, they acquired the certification of Hospice Chaplain from the International Federation of Christian Chaplains. Em also completed the First Aid for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in June 2013.
