Tim Gross has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim began their career in 2009 as the Director of Technology at Global Scouting Bureau, where they conceptualized and designed an online portal for athletes to be scouted. Tim also created a technology integration plan for the Florida Winter Baseball League and produced sales and marketing materials.
In 2009, Tim joined US Remodelers as the Director of Digital Marketing, where they established the internet marketing division and managed the redesign of the company's sales and marketing materials.
In 2012, Tim joined The Home Depot as the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing for HDI. Tim achieved significant accomplishments, including increasing net revenue generated through websites by over 1500%. Tim also revamped marketing and sales collateral to position the company's product offerings as high-end solutions for customers.
From 2013 to 2014, Tim worked as the Digital Marketing Manager at NUTRANEXT, and from 2014 to 2017, they served as the Head of Digital at Digicel Group.
Currently, Tim is working at GiddyUp since 2017. Tim started as the Agency Director, managing the Performance Agency and being responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling all products and services. Tim has worked on various responsibilities like creating offer bundle strategies, executing marketing strategies, content development, testing assets on ad platforms, launching new initiatives, and more.
Tim Gross attended the University of Miami from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. From 2010 to 2011, they furthered their education at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General.
