Initiates / organizes local / regional / national events
Facilitates education, training, retreats, travelling and visites to best-practice projects
Supports projects and informs people to get them involved in their local city- or village-projects
Advises and supports in accomodations and financing
Matches demands and offers for coaching of people
Maintains a local digital database of socially involved fellow-citizens or -villagers

You will find "good practice" examples on www.gidsnetwerk.nl

In the Netherlands about 30 GIDSteams are already active and their number is growing vast.
