Caio Aguilera

Caio Aguilera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. They served as a Senior Process Analyst at TECSIS from 2013 to 2017 and then as a Continuous Improvement Analyst at Valid, where they led Lean transformation projects across multiple countries. Currently, Caio is the Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement Manager at Giesecke+Devrient and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Lean Six Sigma at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Caio holds a Master of Business Administration in Production and Operations Management and two bachelor's degrees in Manufacturing Process and Industrial Engineering.
