Fergus Ridge has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, with a career that began at Vodafone Business, where positions included Market Manager from April 2018 to March 2023 and Market Executive before that. As Market Manager, Fergus was selected for the Top Talent programme and completed a six-month assignment in the Asia region, focusing on key accounts. In the role of Market Executive, significant contributions were made to improve service quality and cost base for several African destinations.
