Ignacio Osella has a strong and diverse work experience in various companies. Ignacio started their career as a Local Support at SADAIC in 2008 and transitioned to a Service Desk Agent role at Accenture in 2011. After that, they advanced to become a Team Leader and Global Lead at Accenture, where they supervised daily IT operations and created an inspiring team environment. In 2021, Ignacio joined everis as a Customer Service Manager, where they handled customer complaints, set up and maintained a service desk, and trained new employees. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Network Operations at Giesecke+Devrient since July 2021.

Ignacio Osella completed their education from 2016 to 2019 at Da Vinci, earning a degree in System Analysis in the field of Information Technology.
