Steffen's experience also includes roles at NXP Semiconductors, where responsibilities encompassed Director of Marketing and Sales, Global Business Development Manager, and Sales Manager for Europe from 2001 to 2009, as well as positions at Philips from 1995 to 2001, such as Sales Manager and Cluster Manager for Central Purchasing. Steffen's educational background includes a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt, along with further studies at Georgia State University and the University of Strathclyde.
