Thomas Eibl is currently the Head of Global Training at Giesecke+Devrient Currency Technology. They have extensive experience in project management and instructional design, having served as a Project Manager and Training Manager at Airbus Helicopters, where they developed training programs and digital media for global audiences. Additionally, Thomas has held lecturer positions in educational psychology and mediapsychology at various universities. Eibl earned a Dipl. Päd. and a Dr. Phil. in Educational Science from Bundeswehr University Munich and a Dipl. Psych. with distinction from The Open University.
