Thomas Steininger

Thomas Steininger is an accomplished professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as the Director and Head of Global Talent Management & Leadership Development at Giesecke+Devrient since September 2017. In addition, Thomas contributes as a lecturer at Hamburger Fern-Hochschule and has previously held similar positions at Hochschule Fresenius from 2010 to 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of HR Development at Linde Engineering from August 2013 to August 2017, as well as a Senior Consultant and Project Lead at geva-institut GmbH from January 2008 to August 2013. Thomas holds a Dipl-Psychologe degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, an LL.M. in Business Law from the German Graduate School of Management and Law, and an M.A. in Organizational Development from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. Additionally, Thomas completed a Business Coaching and Change-Management program at the Zentrum für integrative Psychotherapie.
