Ash Schofield has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. They started their career as a Marketing Manager at Martin Dawes Ltd in 1999. After that, they held various roles at Telefónica UK, including Retention & Revenue Manager, Innovations Manager, and Retention & Communications Manager (O2 Pay & Go). In 2007, Schofield joined Tesco Mobile as the Head of Marketing, where they achieved significant accomplishments such as winning the Which? Award for Best Network 2011. Since 2013, they have been working at giffgaff, initially as the Marketing & Experience Chief and currently as the Chief Executive Officer. Schofield has led a team of experts in brand strategy, proposition development, loyalty & communications, service, and community management.
Ash Schofield received their education from various institutions. They obtained a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School in 2022-2023. In 2019, they completed The Marketing Academy's Fellowship Programme. Earlier, in 1997-1998, they obtained a Post Grad Diploma in Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University. They also earned an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1995-1996. Ash Schofield's education began with a HND in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University in 1988-1990, followed by an OND in Business Studies from Bury College in 1986-1988.
