Bria Gambrell is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent and Culture at Giffords since May 2022. Previous roles include Equity/Organizational Development Manager for the City of Temple, TX, and Co-Director for the Massachusetts National Organization for Women. Gambrell also held positions as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Associate at the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation and a Dean's Fellow for Policy, Research, and Communication at Simmons University. Early career experience includes working as a Leasing Consultant at WinnCompanies. Bria Gambrell holds a Master's in Public Policy and a Master's in Gender/Cultural Studies from Simmons University, as well as a Bachelor's in English Language and Literature from East Central University.
