George Stead

George Stead has a strong background in legal and corporate work. George currently serves as the Head of Legal for Gift & Go, overseeing the Legal division of the company and providing legal and strategic advice. George has been instrumental in the company's growth and has facilitated multiple integrations and partnerships in North America. Prior to this role, George worked as a Student Mentor for GROW, where they connected students with professionals in various sectors and acted as a mentor. George also has experience as a Corporate Associate at Teacher Stern LLP, handling investment and M&A matters, as well as complex commercial agreements. George began their legal career as a Trainee at Gannons, specializing in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on Intellectual Property.

George Stead obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a focus on Law with Business from the University of Brighton, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. George then pursued further education at the University of Law, from 2014 to 2015, where they achieved a Master's Degree in Law (LLM) with a specialization in LPC.
