Jade Hazard

Jade Hazard currently serves as the Chief Product Officer and Head of Product Innovation & Design at Paynovate, responsible for product ownership, strategy development, and collaboration with senior stakeholders. Previously, in the role of Product Director at Paynovate, Jade managed a diverse product portfolio and led a high-performance team. Additional experience includes membership on the Board of Directors and consulting for Giftify, as well as a role as Digital Finance Advisor at Asociación de Organizaciones de Microfinanzas ASOMI, focusing on the digital readiness of microfinance institutions. Jade has held various project management and advisory positions in organizations such as Loyaltek Group, Médecins du Monde Belgique, and Iracambi Rainforest Research and Conservation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in the European Microfinance Programme from Solvay Brussels School and a Master's degree in International Project Management from Ecole 3A.
