Daniel Begg has extensive work experience in various roles. Daniel started their career at Cloud 9 Living in 2005, where they held roles such as Fulfillment Lead and later transitioned into Business Development & Product Management. In this company, they played a significant role in the company's growth and success. Daniel was responsible for building a customer-centric brand, establishing a cross-functional CX team, and assisting in digital transformation and CRM creation. Additionally, they developed SOPs for various departments, redesigned UX/UI, and enhanced the knowledge base. Daniel also created a flexible and scalable customer service department and crafted an award-winning corporate culture. During their tenure, the company achieved significant milestones including a high customer satisfaction rating and reduced call volume.
In 2019, Daniel joined Ebb & Flow Consulting as a Strategy, Brand & Ecommerce Consultant. Here, they contributed to the company's strategic planning, brand development, and ecommerce initiatives until March 2023.
Currently, Daniel is the VP of Sales at Giftory, a position they have held since February 2023.
Daniel Begg attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship.
