Steve Kent

Steve Kent has over 45 years of work experience in various quality management roles. Steve started their career as a Reliability Manager at Vishay Siliconix in 1977. Steve then worked as a Quality Manager at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, where they built the QA and Reliability Department and gained approval for shipping products for aerospace and military applications. In 1989, they joined NeXT Computer as a Component Manager before moving on to Tandom Computers as a Quality Manager from 1993 to 1997. From 2008 to 2015, they served as a Quality Manager at Noel Technologies. In 2015, they became the Director of Quality at Giga-tronics, where they managed the process of obtaining AS9100 certification and oversaw the FAI process for a major aerospace company. Currently, they are the Director of Quality for North America Operations at Gresham Worldwide, where they are responsible for managing quality for various facilities and acquisitions in North America.
