Tom Small

Tom Small has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Head of UKGV Operations and UKGV Programme Lead at Gigaclear since August 2015, focusing on building FTTH networks for rural communities. Previously, Tom held various roles at Hays from October 2014 to August 2015, including Sales Executive and Associate Recruitment Consultant, specializing in recruitment for finance-related positions in the Oxford area. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 2014, and has foundational education from Bishop's Stortford College.
