Gigacom BeNeLux is an independent company that provides end-to-end solutions by designing products for the physical layer of fibre optic networks with a major focus on the development, marketing and sales of the “Semi-Automated Fibre Management & Test system”

Like any other Telecom operator/Datacenter, your company faces most of the useless expenses that could be today, so easily avoided if certain wise and not too expensive investments are done.  You do know very well that the management of the physical layer of fibre networks has not seen a lot of innovation in the last decade and the reconfiguration of the physical fibres is necessary today, and will remain necessary in the future.

Every time an activity is required on the ODF or street cabinet, a truck roll and a manual/on-site intervention will be necessary. These 100% OPEX costs interventions are expensive, require 24/7 availability of skilled technicians and the risk of making errors is substantial.  In some cases, the ODF or street cabinet becomes a big issue in the network, if the fibres are not managed in the correct way.

The market needs an innovative product that addresses all these issues, and generates the following benefits:
-	Reduce/optimise OpEx
-	Increase Revenues Through "Instant" Provisioning of Links
-	Reduce Truck Rolls and generate a cleaner environment (CO2 reduction)
-	Automate Validation Testing and Provisioning
-	Reduce the Need for Technicians and Manual Intervention Leading to Potential Service Disruptions
-	Provide Greater Flexibility to Proactively Schedule and Perform Maintenance

All these innovations have been already done, and they’re called SAODF and GigaCom is the very right partner for the optimised and smart future networks where savings will be sustainable and real.
