Alexander Kuznetsov has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering and support. Alexander started their career as an Aviation Support Equipment Technician in the US Navy from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at Microsoft, managing multiple corporate clients and building strategic advisor relationships from 2012 to 2014. Alexander then served as a Network & Systems Administrator at PSC - Power Systems Consultants, where they configured routers, switches, firewalls, and provided operational support for core network infrastructure in 2015. Afterwards, Kuznetsov worked as a Network Engineer at Philips Health Systems, leading installations of complex IT systems in clinical environments and providing expert troubleshooting and repair of networking equipment from 2015 to 2016. Alexander continued their career in network engineering as a contractor at Amazon from 2016 to 2017 and at Microsoft from 2017 to 2018. During these roles, they gained experience in planning, designing, and configuring network infrastructures, as well as in network automation scripting. Most recently, Kuznetsov worked as a Network Automation Engineer at Starbucks, where they participated in network migration projects, deployed and troubleshooted network issues, and managed wireless LAN infrastructure. Currently, they are a Resident Support Engineer at Gigamon, where they design and updates packet flow rules to support packet analysis solutions.

Alexander Kuznetsov completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Southern California from 2009 to 2011. In 2014, they obtained an Associate in Applied Science-T Degree in Network Services & Computing Systems from Bellevue College.
