Cathy Bonwick

Cathy Bonwick has over 30 years of experience in the legal field. Cathy is currently working as the Senior Director of Legal at Gigamon since January 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior In-House Counsel, representing small to medium-sized companies in their commercial relationships with large companies from June 2019 to January 2021. Cathy provided guidance on navigating big-company processes and assessed real risks in difficult negotiations. Before that, they worked at Citrix as an Associate General Counsel for ten years from 2009 to 2019. From 2005 to 2009, they were an In-house Legal Consultant, serving as Counsel. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Corporate Counsel at Raychem (now Tyco) from 1993 to 1996, and as a Corporate Associate at Heller Ehrman from 1990 to 1993. Cathy's work experience demonstrates their expertise in providing expert advice, negotiation, and drafting in the legal field.

Cathy Bonwick obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Marquette University, where they studied from 1985 to 1987. Following that, they attended Stanford Law School from 1987 to 1990, earning their Juris Doctor degree.
