Heather Howard has over 25 years of work experience, starting from 1994. Heather began their career as a Sales Support at Seiko Instruments and then worked as an AP, AR & General Ledger at Combinet, which was acquired by Cisco Systems. Heather joined Cisco in 1995 and served as an ISAM, where they were responsible for renewing and up-selling service contracts, driving account service plans, and exceeding sales targets.

In 2006, Heather joined Ixia as an Account Manager, Renewal Sales, and later became a Corporate Account Manager for Northern California/Bay Area and Canada. Heather'sresponsibilities included managing and maintaining support contracts, collaborating with sales teams, and achieving sales quotas.

Later, they became a Sales Renewal Specialist for North East, NYC, South East & Canada, achieving 110% of revenue targets. Currently, Heather holds the positions of Channel Account Manager, Southeast, and Distribution Account Manager.

Throughout their career, Heather has consistently achieved sales targets and received recognition as a Presidents Club Winner in 2020 and 2021 while at Gigamon.
