Mincy Varkey

Mincy Varkey is a dedicated professional with a background in psychology and human resource development. Mincy completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an A+ grade from Mount Carmel College, Karukadom, Kothamangalam, in 2023. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development Psychology at the University of Madras, Mincy has gained practical experience through various internships, including roles as a Human Resources Intern at Flatirons Solutions and Softeon, and as a Wellness Assistant at Ushaar.com. Mincy also served as a Clinical Psychology Intern at the Shalom Institute of Mental Health and Research and currently works as an HR Operations Coordinator at Gigamon.
