Patrick Baxter has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Patrick started their career in 1985, working in various roles in multiple companies. In 1993, they joined Digital Link as the Director of Customer Services, where they organized and established a technical response group to address carrier data network related issues and implemented procedures for customer services. In 1999, they moved to Ditech Networks as the Senior Director of Global Customer Services, where they developed a multi-national team and procedures for customer services, achieving TL 9000 certification. In 2008, they started working at Ericsson as the Senior Customer Programs Manager, where they identified and resolved specific escalated customer issues. Patrick also served as the Director of R&D Engineering Operations. Finally, in 2016, they took on the role of Sr Director of Professional Services at Gigamon.

Patrick Baxter graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
