Rashed Ahammad started their career in 2004 with Aricent Technologies Holdings Limited, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on protocol development and SIP projects. Rashed Ahammad then joined Nokia in 2009 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on FTTU-GPON features and CFM support. In 2011, Rashed joined HCL Technologies as a Technical Lead before transitioning to Dell Technologies in 2013 as a Principal Software Engineer. At Dell, they were responsible for handling customer issues, bug fixing, and feature enhancements in various networking areas.
