Surya P

Surya P has had a progressive career in the software engineering field. Surya started as a Software Engineer at Aricent Group in July 2011 and worked there until October 2014. Surya then joined IP Infusion as a Senior Software Engineer in October 2014 and stayed there until December 2017. Following this, Surya joined Cisco as a Software Engineer in December 2017 and worked there until July 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Staff Software Engineer at Gigamon, where they have been working since July 2019.

Surya P obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications in various cybersecurity and programming areas, including Ethical Hacking: Cryptography, Learning Threat Modeling for Security Professionals, Privacy by Design: Data Classification, and Programming Foundations: Secure Coding. All of these certifications were obtained in April 2021 from LinkedIn.
