Tom Garske has extensive experience in data science, engineering, and technology leadership. Tom served as the Sr. Data Science Team Lead at Allscripts from June 2015 to January 2019 and owned Garske Consulting, LLC from January 2011 to December 2019. Tom worked as a Software Engineer at Design Ready Controls between May 2009 and February 2015. Most recently, Tom held positions as Director of Data Engineering & AI/ML at Slalom from November 2023 to December 2024 and as Director of Digital Platforms at Starz from January 2019 to August 2022. Tom also has experience as Chief Technology Officer at GigaOm in October 2025 and served as VP of Product & Engineering. Tom earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School from 2021 to 2022.
