Michael Spinning

Michael Spinning is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Gigapower, Michael is responsible for building and operating the nation's largest open-access fiber broadband network. Prior to this role, Michael held several key positions at AT&T, including Director of Technology for Fiber Initiatives, where program leadership focused on expanding fiber delivery in new markets, and Director of Mobility Services, contributing to the development of the industry's first standards-based 5G data core network. Additional experience includes strategic roles at Nokia overseeing the delivery of Dish's 5G core network and various project management positions at Cingular Wireless and other organizations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Systems Management from Ohio University.
