Samuel Bada

Samuel Bada has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Samuel currently holds the position of Lead- Strategy, Learning & Performance Management at GIG Mobility. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant in People & Organisation at First Excelsia Professional Services Limited and also held the roles of Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Analyst at the same company. Samuel has also worked as a Consultant in People & Processes and Senior Human Resources Advisor at Robert & John Limited, and as an Organisational Development Specialist at the same company. Samuel has experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Silverbird Film Distribution and as a Performance Management Specialist at the World Health Organization. Additionally, they have held positions such as HR & Communications Officer at Career Drive Academy and Project Associate at Impact Centre Africa.

Samuel Bada has a diverse education history. Samuel completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Project Management at the Federal University of Technology Akure from 2011 to 2016. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Lagos from 2019 to 2022. In 2023 and 2024, Samuel attended Leeds Beckett University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they attained several certifications, including the Associate Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and the Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management (PCHRM) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria CIPM. Samuel also holds certifications in The Blue Ocean Strategy from Quantic School of Business and Technology and Modern Human Resources Management from Alison. Furthermore, Samuel has a Human Resources Practitioners License (HRPL) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria CIPM, obtained in August 2020.
