Ken Ferguson

Ken Ferguson is an experienced executive search partner specializing in Information Technology leadership recruitment, with a focus on building high-performing teams at Berkshire Executive Search since August 2006. In addition to this role, Ken serves as an advisory board member for Gignav, a startup developing a SaaS platform aimed at enhancing talent acquisition and flexible workforce management. Previously, Ken co-founded Magellan Partners, LLC, where the focus was on IT management and technical staffing for mid-market clients. Ken’s career began at Source EDP, where significant skills in recruiting IT talent were developed, following a foundational role at IBM Canada, providing systems engineering support. Ken holds a B.Sc. in Biology and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Lakehead University.
