Ben E. has worked in a variety of roles in the food industry since 2004. Ben began their career as a Sous Chef at Good Food Catering, then moved to Executive Chef at Mercato in 2006. In 2014, they became a Consulting Chef for Self Employed, followed by Executive Chef at Guest Services, Inc. in 2018. Ben then founded GigPro in 2019 and is currently the Founder & CEO.
Ben E. began their education in 1998, when they attended Johnson & Wales University to study Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Ben continued their education in 2007 at The Art Institutes, where they also studied Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Ben completed their studies at The Art Institutes in 2009.
