Daniel Grant Smith is the Head of Customer Success at Gigs, where the company focuses on enabling platforms to sell phone and data subscriptions to their users. Prior to this role, Daniel led the Customer organization at Legatics and was involved in creating a new LegalTech hub at Cambridge Judge Business School while pursuing their MBA. With previous experience at iZettle, Asahi, and Hogan Lovells, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate transactions, private equity, and project management. Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge and has a background in law and history.
