Johan Oskarsson

Johan Oskarsson has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles across various industries. Their most recent position was as Chief Product Officer at Gigset, where they were responsible for building the product, tech, and design organization for a platform enabling immersive and interactive live entertainment at home. Prior to that, they worked at Spotify as a Senior Product Manager, leading the development of the Car Thing hardware product and the automotive experience, including the UX for Car Thing. Before Spotify, Johan served as the Head of PMO at DeLaval, where they led the transformation to a Lean Engineering and Agile Development approach. Johan also held a role as a Senior Management Consultant at Knowit, focusing on strategic product development and project management. Johan has additional experience as an Agile Program Coach at SEB, a CFO at Happy Melly, an Assessment Manager at Skolverket and Swedbank, and a Software Engineering Manager at DeLaval and CPAC Systems AB.
