Naveen Hemanna

Naveen Hemanna currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for the GCC, Turkey, and STAN regions at Giift, overseeing the growth of corporate, employee, and merchant rewards solutions following the consolidation with Xoxoday. Prior to this role, Naveen held the position of Regional Head for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Xoxoday, where responsibilities included brand establishment and driving growth through various channels. A significant portion of experience includes serving as Associate Vice President at Sectrio, where revenue growth for the digital security business unit was driven by managing high-performance teams and developing partner ecosystems. Previous roles also encompass Sales Director at Subex Ltd., Senior Account Manager at Omdia, and various positions in account management and business development in multiple IT and telecommunications companies. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
