Sean Gilbert

Sean Gilbert serves as the Chief Investor Network Officer at The Global Impact Investing Network since October 2018, focusing on enhancing the organization's impact and financial sustainability through member engagement and global operations within an ecosystem of over 450 members. Previously, Sean held roles such as Advisory Board Member at eRevalue, Senior Associate at the World Resources Institute, and Director at KPMG's Climate and Sustainability Services, contributing to various initiatives related to sustainable finance and climate change. Sean also established the Global Reporting Initiative’s office in China and developed widely adopted sustainability reporting guidelines. Sean’s consulting experience spans management support for organizations addressing sustainability and environmental challenges across multiple sectors. Sean holds a BA with Honors in History from Haverford College.
