Jo Hand

Jo Hand is a co-founder of Giki, where responsibilities include delivering impact across businesses, universities, towns, and communities since January 2017. Previously, Jo served as a board trustee at The Funding Network, supporting charities from February 2016 to February 2018, and as chairman and trustee of Streetscape Social Enterprise Ltd. from 2012 to November 2017, focusing on high-quality apprenticeships for vulnerable young people. Jo's earlier experience includes being the Chief Partnerships Officer at CDP from 2007 to 2012, where leadership in partnerships, sponsorships, and communications was demonstrated, as well as producing and directing programs for BBC from 2001 to 2007 and serving as a news journalist for various outlets including AFP and The Independent.
